At first it took quite long time to ship magic arm (~6 weeks). Product was received with broken tightening knob, however after short discussion with seller, he sent me a replacement knob with faster transport. Replacement knob was received within less than 2 weeks. Now everything works good. All in all magic arm is quite useful thing.
